jantarmantar.delhi.in is not a government website. It is an independent civic product inspired by the historic protest ground and the constitutional frame of Article 19(1)(a) and 19(1)(b).

The site does not issue protest permissions, book the road, grant NOCs, or act as a police desk. Physical gatherings remain subject to applicable law and authorities.

The State Emblem of India is not used here in a manner that implies official patronage. Decorative yantra motifs refer to the observatory complex, not to the state.
